1. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Custom or Special Order Parts: Certain performance or custom-ordered components may require additional lead time. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are generally processed the same day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.

3. Freight & Oversized Parcel Shipping
Large, heavy, or bulky auto parts—such as engines, transmissions, hoods, bumpers, exhaust systems, or suspension kits—must ship via LTL Freight.

Freight deliveries require a valid phone number so the carrier can schedule a delivery appointment.
An adult must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the package.
Delivery is curbside only unless residential liftgate service is selected during checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. You can track your shipment anytime using our on-site Tracking Portal or directly via the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Freight carrier).

5. Address Requirements & P.O. Boxes
P.O. Boxes: Standard parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx) and freight carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for all auto part shipments.
Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: Shipping to non-contiguous states may incur additional carrier fees and extended transit times.
Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Address modification requests made after a package has left our fulfillment center may incur carrier re-routing fees.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
Auto parts are heavy and sensitive. We take extra care in packaging, but if an issue occurs during transit:

Damaged On Arrival: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the box or part is damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and part, and notify us within 48 hours at support@curamotors.com.
Freight Shipping Claims: Before signing the bill of lading (BOL) for freight deliveries, note any visible box damage on the carrier's receipt.
Lost Packages: If your tracking indicates delivered but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and contact us within 5 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

At Cura Motors, we strive to make sure you get the right parts for your car, truck, or SUV every time. We understand that automotive repairs can be complex, and sometimes parts need to be returned. Please read our policy below to understand your options and rights regarding returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Standard Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your shipment was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging (including boxes, seals, manuals, hardware, and tags).
Parts that have been installed, painted, modified, or driven on are strictly non-returnable for safety and liability reasons.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, security, and industry standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Electrical parts (e.g., ECUs, wiring harnesses, sensors, alternators) once the packaging seal is broken.
Custom-built or special-order performance components.
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Hazardous materials, fluids (oils, coolants), or lithium batteries.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email our support team at support@curamotors.com with your Order Number, item detail, and reason for return.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please attach clear photos/videos of the package and item.
Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.
Do not send returns back to the warehouse without an RMA number, as they will be rejected.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Cura Motors Error / Defective Parts: If we sent you the wrong part or the item arrived damaged/defective, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Customer Error / Changed Mind: If you ordered the wrong part or no longer need it, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items that require repackaging or inspection. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Core Return Policy (If Applicable)
Some automotive parts (e.g., engines, transmissions, brake calipers, alternators) include a refundable core deposit:

Core returns must be sent back in the original manufacturer box the new part arrived in.
Cores must be completely drained of all fluids before shipping.
Core returns must be undamaged and in rebuildable condition to receive full credit.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival):

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch from our fulfillment centers. Because auto parts are processed quickly, please contact us immediately at support@curamotors.com if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our standard return process.
